Tinashe Gives Us Plenty Of “Energy” With New Juicy J Collaboration

Preparing for her sophomore album Joyride, Tinashe teams up with “Bandz A Make Her Dance” artist Juicy J for their “Energy” collaboration. The R&B singer channels her inner “Miss Jackson if you’re nasty” on the Mike WiLL Made-It-produced track that was released earlier today.
In the chorus Tinashe sings:
“Baby hit me like lightning
Feel my body flowing into me
Gotta feeling inside me
Light me up, you give me energy”
while Juicy J promises to be his private movie star’s chauffeur and much more in his verse.
Joyride is set to arrive this winter featuring appearances from Chris Brown, Young Thug, Max Martin, Metro Boomin, Nic Nac, Boi-1da, and Dev Hynes.
Tinashe is due to begin her tour February 28th in Minneapolis.
