Drake Drops “Summer Sixteen”

That Drizzy reign just won’t let up. 2016 is here and Drake’s ready to take over in every aspect. He may have released a hit mixtape, beefed with Philly rapper Meek Mill, and put out a joint album with Future, but the Canadian chart-topper is making it known that Views From the 6 is going to be something very special.

While making an appearance on Saturday’s episode of OVO Sound Radio on Beats 1, Drake released “Summer Sixteen”, the first single off the highly anticipated album that is set to arrive in April. The record is produced by Noah “40” Shebib, Boi-1da, and CuBeatz.

“I let the diss record drop you were standing right below me n****

We must have played it a hundred times, you was going to bed

Why would I put on a vest I expect you to aim for the head

I coulda killed you the first time

You don’t have to try to say it louder n****”

Come on….You don’t really need me to say who he was firing those shots at right?
