5 Foods You Should Eat To Better Oral Sex

This is quite difficult, but feels so easy to write. I am that chick that hates receiving oral, but if it happens during intimate pleasures I get a little hooked during the moment. Growing up, I was very nervous and bothered when talking about sex during sex education. I never had the “talk” with my parents, which probably should have occurred now looking back on it. However, after watching my first porno of Karinne Steffans giving oral, I became very intimated by the act.

I did not take an interest in my vagina or its functionality until high school. Even at that time, I barely knew what bald eagle meant. My untamed, bushy area down below and the scent was something I was just not knowledgeable about. I lost my virginity my tenth grade year to my very first boyfriend. At the time, no one ever told me that keeping the kitty fresh and well maintained was key for every guy.

When I understood what it was that guys were after when they traveled down south, I became fascinated with my vagina. The way a woman tastes and smells sends a message to her guy. The way you smell is very unique. No other woman has the same scent and taste as you. The vaginas scent and taste is based on several factors: arousal fluids, perspiration, and your diet. Diet plays a major role in how sweet male secretions are as well so if your man needs a semen taste boost (he can use these tips as well).

Here are several foods you can incorporate into your diet and eliminate to get a sweeter, more pleasant scent down south.

What you should eat for a sweeter-vaginal taste & scent:
Water

You can never get enough water. A gallon a day goes a long way. Add kiwi and watermelon to your water to get extra flavor and extra sweetness for down below.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a very mild antibiotic that can help with maintaining the vaginal balance. Sprinkle cinnamon onto your yogurt or oatmeal in the mornings.

Pineapples

Eating pineapple seems like the right thing to do right? The vagina is very acidic, and when eating a very high in sugar fruit as such your vagina pallet becomes balanced. Regularly eating pineapples can not only balance the vagina’s pH, but can make your secretions during sex or arousal taste sweeter.

Berries

If you want a healthy, sweet vagina diet plan, then include a tropical smoothie for breakfast or a snack enriched with Blueberries, strawberries, and cranberries. Cranberry juice is a great combatant of bacteria that makes its way to the urinary tract, preventing the occurrence of UTIs. Avoid Juices and purchase the raw form when including in your diet.

What you should avoid in your diet (eliminate sparingly):

Dairy

Read your labels ladies. Many yogurts with probiotics can do amazing things for the vaginas taste and overall health. However, whole milks, cheeses, ice cream can cause the kitty to be bitter. Men do not like a bitter kitty.

Red Meat

Our vaginas naturally have a metallic taste, but eating an increased amounts of red meats such as steak and lamb can sharpen that taste to becoming very salty.

Junk Food/ Processed Food

When you put garbage in your body, you release garbage, literally. Not only do junk food throw your pH balance off track but it is just not good for you period.

Alcohol

We all have had the occasional shot or glass of wine before foreplay. However, you might want to re-think this move the next time because alcohol is just that, anything alcohol based throws the pH balance of the kitty off.

This list is not conclusive, so with the right diet your guy will be happy to go down on you. Be mindful that you both can eat well to receive great pleasures.
